Pulse Alerts enable users of Symend’s embedded Analysis and Reports to set up automated notifications. These alerts trigger when specific KPIs or metrics exceed user-defined performance thresholds or when anomalies are detected in the data. This ensures users are promptly informed of potential issues, eliminating the need for manual, recurring monitoring.

Pulse Alerts provide flexible configuration options, enabling users to fully control their alert settings. This includes customizing the frequency of alerts, adjusting notification preferences, and selecting specific channels and recipients for delivery.

Client Agnostic Pipeline

Client organizations leveraging the Client Agnostic Pipeline (AGP) solution will now find the SYMEND_CURE schema available in their Data Workspace. This allows for custom reporting to be created on top of this available Episode and Payment Data.

Data Mapper

When configuring Data Sources during Data Mapping, users can now search and select a relevant timezone during configuration via the improved combo box experience.

Playbooks

Enhancement to Campaign Re-evaluation: Optimizes the efficiency of message cancellation and re-scheduling by ensuring the platform only cancels messages when necessary. This prevents unnecessary cancellations and re-scheduling of the same messages.
