Engagement - Analytics aggregation

New feature

As we prepare for the launch of our upcoming Engagement Dashboard (covering Email, SMS, and Landing Page metrics), we’re excited to announce a new data aggregation feature. This enhancement provides deeper analysis capabilities and is available for custom dashboard design.

You can find this new data view either through:

  1. Each Client’s Data Workspace (DWS), within the newly available SYMEND_ANALYTICS schema

  2. Within Symend’s GOLD data layer at GOLD.ANALYTICS

Playbook

We’ve improved the efficiency of Playbook re-evaluations by introducing intelligent decision-making. Our system now selectively cancels or retains scheduled messages based on the outcome of each re-evaluation, optimizing performance, and reducing unnecessary processing.

Customer Trail

We recently addressed performance issues in the Customer Trail explorer that were causing delays for users. Specifically, we’ve improved the speed of requests for retrieving the next set of historical events (pagination) and for fetching Account Updates, which had been contributing to the slowdowns.

Segmentation

We’ve fixed an issue with Date data type attributes that previously allowed comparisons with DateTime attributes. With this update, Date attributes can now only be compared with other Date attributes, ensuring accurate data evaluations.
