Data Automation

• A data designer can now edit an attribute’s category after it has been created, allowing for greater flexibility in managing attribute models over time.

Content

• The Content Analyzer now allows custom lengths of text selection for an analysis. This offers users the flexibility to identify behavioral tactics and tones through increments of full sentences, whether it's a single sentence, multiple sentences, or paragraphs.

Customer Trail

• Users can navigate directly from the Customer Trail to the corresponding Content editor by clicking on a Message or Landing page referenced within an event.

• Upon clicking on the entry, exit, & split path conditions presented within an event, users will now be taken directly to its corresponding configured segment in the Segment Designer.

Cross-Platform

• Feedback provided when the application is busy has been updated to improve style and clarity across the application.

Playbook

• When a user is editing a control within the playbook, they can no longer publish or validate the playbook until the control is saved or cleared of edits, eliminating confusion on when Playbook validation happens.

Landing pages

• When a user is adding a modify attribute to a landing page form, Customer Attributes with data-type GUID will no longer be selectable within the attribute selection.
