Engagement Overview Dashboard
New feature
“Engagement” tracks how recipients interact with emails, text messages, and landing page content. This data gives Playbook Designers and other platform users insight into the performance of their resources, offering high-level summaries with options to explore deeper for actionable improvements.
The Engagement Overview Dashboard displays KPIs that show the effectiveness of content across emails, text messages, and landing pages. Users can filter results by Playbook, Campaign, and time frame.
Key benefits:
Performance Insights: Gain visibility into the effectiveness of emails, text messages, and landing pages.
Data-Driven Decisions: Identify trends and improvement areas to make informed adjustments to content.
Flexible Filtering: Zoom in on performance by Playbook, Campaign, or time frame for deeper analysis.
Custom Alerts: Use the pulse feature to set up personalized alerts that notify users when metrics exceed set thresholds or when anomalies are detected.
Need Access? To access the new Analysis & Reports features, follow these two steps:
Confirm that the Reporting and Analytics capability (non-legacy version) is enabled for your organization.
Request Insight Dashboard Viewer permissions for your organization (learn more here).
