New feature

The last release added the ability to rearrange the Campaigns in a Playbook. Now, we’ve added the ability to rearrange the Controls in a Playbook. Move them within the same Campaign. Move them between Campaigns. Move a Split control, and all of the paths within it in one shot. The only limit is your imagination!

Just like with Campaigns, you can Undo and Redo moves while in “Rearrange” mode! (Remember: After you hit “Done,” that memory goes away.)

And, just in case it isn’t immediately obvious, the Exit and Re-evaluate controls at the ends of Campaigns cannot be moved because they mark the end of the Campaign!

Key benefit:

  • Explore alternative configurations without needing to delete and recreate controls

  • Visualize alternatives or fix mistakes with Undo and Redo while in Rearrange mode

  • Save time and effort when building Playbooks by designing in-app and adjusting as you learn

Bonus pro-tip:
If you lose track of the control you’re moving in a large Playbook, click on its name to center that control on the canvas.

In-Use for Attributes

New feature

Symend users can now easily track how their Attributes are utilized across various resources, such as Data Mappings, Exports, Segments, Content, and more. This enhanced traceability allows users to quickly identify where specific customer account data attributes are being applied, providing a clearer understanding of their usage.

Key benefits:

  • Quickly determine where and how an attribute is being used.

  • Make informed changes with confidence, knowing exactly where your data is applied.

Delete Published Content and Segments

New feature

Users can now delete Published Content and Segments that aren't linked to other active resources within their organization. This allows for the removal of unneeded Published Segments, Emails, Text Messages, and Landing Pages, streamlining content management.

Key benefits:

  • Minimized clutter during configuration by enabling the removal of unused Content and Segments.

  • Decreased risk of errors by eliminating unnecessary resources.

Note: that for now this only supports a comma to separate entries and will not support a comma then space separator (this will be corrected in an upcoming release).

Data Automation

Attributes now have their own listing view in Data Automation! Create, manage, and maintain Attributes outside of the Data Mapper.
