Deliverability Overview Dashboard
New feature
Users can now access a comprehensive Deliverability Dashboard that tracks the full lifecycle of messages sent through Email and Text Message channels. It provides insights into how effectively messages reach their intended recipients by monitoring key statuses, highlighting both successful deliveries and any failure points throughout the distribution process.
Key benefits:
Visibility into Message Performance: Users can see how effectively their messages reach customers
Identification of Failure Points: Tracking delivery statuses helps to pinpoint where and why messages fail, enabling targeted troubleshooting
Data-Driven Decisions: Identify trends and improvement areas to make informed adjustments
Improvements
Platform Area | Description |

Import Playbooks | Now you can replace existing images with a new version of the image when importing a Playbook. Great for updating logos and images in content. |
Import Playbooks | For those of you using Extensible Channels, these can now be created during import so you don’t have to manually migrate configurations. |
Import Playbooks | If there’s an issue while importing a Playbook, any Attributes that were created during the process will be automatically rolled-back. |
Export Playbooks | Some complex Playbooks can take a while to export so we now process them in the background and notify you when they’re ready. (So that you don’t have to sit and wait!) |
Customer Attributes | Since unused Attributes can now be removed, we also added some cleanup tasks to remove them–and their values–from the personas used when you “Preview as…” in the Content Editors. |
Performance | Runtime Playbook execution is more efficient to handle increased volume and throughput. |
