Symend's primary focus is currently on performance, but despite this, we still have some features that have been added with our February 15th 2023 release. The first is the ability to download .CSV files based on the entries or exits from your Campaigns directly in the Assignments and Sending section of your Dashboard. The second is that we have purged Customer Trail data older than the 13th of January 2023. On the 21st of February 2023, we will also turn on automatic removal of data for anything older than 32 days. The data is not lost, this only pertains to what you will see in Customer Trail. And lastly, we refined some of the rules around attribute to attribute comparisons when creating Segments.

When you view the Assignments and Sending section of your Dashboard, you have the capability to download information based on their outreach channel, email or SMS. Getting information based on the entries or exits from your Campaigns would not have been directly available in the Assignments and Sending section, until now.

Gaining insights into your customer's journey is important, and we would love to be able to tell you that information since the beginning of time, but in practice, it is not currently realistic. For the sake of our system's current limitations, we have had to purge Customer Trail data older than the 13th of January 2023. On the 21st of February 2023, we will also turn on automatic removal of data for anything older than 32 days. Rest assured, this only pertains to what you see in Customer Trail. You can still find this information in other ways such as Analysis and Reports. We have also added a loading screen when viewing an individual's Customer Trail to make sure you know that your information is being retrieved.

Segments

Our January 17th release introduced attribute to attribute comparisons in your Segments. In this release, we refine it further by removing the capability to use the was and is in for date time attribute to attribute comparisons. This is because these comparisons refer to something that occurred in the past or future, and would not result in valid configurations. As an example, you could say that "your birthday is in 2 days," but it would not make sense to say "your birthday is in your friend's birthday."
