Content
Learn more - Content
Some of you will often be copying content across different organizations and we have introduced a number of guardrails to prevent issues that may arise as a result. We are now introducing the user-friendly culmination of those guardrails with a concise message if your copied content utilizes a font that is not present. This applies to both your emails and Landing Pages.

Segments
Learn more - Segments
We have introduced pagination to many areas of our system this year. Continuing the trend, you will now find that your Segments are also paginated. As a reminder, we do this to decrease the amount of time it will take you to load a page. In the same way that we have introduced pagination in Content, this also includes the ability to sort by segment name or time updated. The corresponding image may be minorly inconsistent as it was stitched together to fit on this page better.

Events
Learn more - Events
With the introduction of regulations around A2P 10DLC, we have mapped error codes from Twilio 30024 and 30034 to the "Blocked" SMS Event. We have done this to ensure any issues that may arise during the registration process are caught. This may not directly impact your particular use case, but it is worth understanding, primarily if you happen to be sending messages to the U.S., AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon.

Admin Console
Although few users will have permission to access the Admin Console, it is worth understanding that during the creation of a client, it is now possible to enforce Symend's EULA. This has been possible through the API, but it is now available for enablement through the UI at the time of the creation of a new Client. As this is only during the creation of a new Client, you will not see any impact on your existing operations.
