Customer Trail
Learn more - Customer Trail
Customer Trail displays information in the time-zone of the operating system that you are using to view it. However, you may not have been aware of this without gaining that knowledge outside the system from somewhere such as the knowledge base articles. To alleviate confusion, the time-zone from which you are viewing a Customer Trail will now be at the top of the screen.

Learn more - Events
Email Events are helpful in your Exports or Customer Trail to understand what your customers are seeing. So that you may have additional clarity, we have added the "Subject Line" Property for both "Email Sent" and "Email Delivered" Events.

Data Source Mappings
Learn more - Data Source Mappings
Although not everyone utilizes Data Workspaces, those of you who did would have been limited to importing the information to once a day, or once an hour. Now, imports can occur every 15 minutes in the same way that they work with your Exports.

Admin Console
Admin Console Changes to the Admin Console are not documented as they are only accessible to a small subset of users which is why a "Learn more" link is not present in this section of the notes. However, because there is an exciting new feature that may be of interest, it is being included in these release notes. The core new feature is the ability to add SSO users through the UI. Before adding a user you will need to add an SSO connection by providing your Auth0 connection name and identifier. After that is done, when adding users you will see the ability to add them as an SSO user.
The following image shows the ability to add an SSO connection and the new User Management Configuration settings:
The settings can be understood by these bullet points:
Create hosted user: When enabled this will allow you to create a user that will need to log in with an and password, the same as any other "basic" logins
Create pre-commissioned SSO user: When enabled this will allow you to create an SSO user that has not yet logged into the Auth0 provider Invite user from outside of client: If enabled this will allow you to invite users that are not associated with the Client within the system
