v2023.10 Release Notes

Our May 24th 2023, v2023.10, release introduces an "Email Expired" Event available in your Customer Trail and Exports. It also introduces the "Content Id" property for both SMS and email expiration Events. "Content Id" is helpful because it will allow you to input that ID into the address bar at the top of your browser. Read the Event section of this article for an example of how to use it.

Read the Bug Fixes section for fixes made in this release.

The first change to Events is the addition of an "Email Expired" Event, the full details of the Event can be found in the Events article, but in summary, this will allow you to see the emails that were not able to be sent during their configured send window.

You can now find a "Content Id" property in your SMS expirations, which will allow you to input this value in the highlighted section when viewing your content. Assuming you have permission to view content, that would be this section of your navigation bar in your browser:

Note: The descriptions of the email and SMS expiration Events are currently inaccurate in The Platform, this will be addressed at a future date, but please refer to either the Assignments and Sending article or the Events article for an accurate description.
