Playbooks
Learn more - Playbooks
Playbooks is another Platform area that now utilizes pagination for navigation. The short reason why we have done this is because it will allow you to load your Playbook list faster. If you would like additional details, please read the previous release notes on Segment pagination or other Release Notes in which pagination was introduced.

Events
Learn more - Events
There is one new Event you will find in both Customer Trail and your Exports. This Event is "Split Path Entered" and will occur when one of your customers enters a Split Control within your Playbooks. This should help you to understand the journey that a customer is taking as they move through your Campaigns.
Additionally , the descriptions for many of the Events have been updated within Customer Trail. Instead of listing them here, please read the change table below.

Data Automation

Along with Playbooks, there are two new areas in which pagination has been implemented. The first is your Exports, and the second is your Data Source Mappings. Just like with Playbooks, page sizes are available in 25, 50, 100, 250, and 1000. You are also able to sort any of the columns in ascending or descending order.
The best way to stay organized is the ability to declutter. In the spirit of decluttering , the ability to "soft delete" Data Source Mappings and Exports has been introduced. This has been called a "soft delete" because as an example, if you have created a Custom Customer Attribute in your Data Source Mapping, the attribute will not be deleted upon deleting the Data Source Mapping. In addition, only Draft, Archived, or Inactive Exports and Data Source Mappings can be deleted.
