Dashboard, Download

Learn more - Dashboard

When using your Dashboard to monitor your imported files, records can fail to be imported for various reasons, such as incorrect mapping, or an empty account key. It is important that the reason for failure is communicated clearly, therefore we have improved the error messages you will find when downloading failed records.

Playbooks

Learn more - Playbooks

A Playbook is the sequence of actions that will move your customers through your desired experience. As this is critical for creating a positive experience, it's important to be able to see the bigger picture. As a result, we have made numerous visual changes to Playbooks with the intention of increasing information density. You should now be able to view the bigger picture with more convenience.

Additionally, if validation of a Playbook fails, the node causing the failure can be clicked and will automatically be centered for you.

Content

Learn more - Content

With the March 21st 2023 release, we introduced pagination in Content. Although this has an impact on the overall performanc e of the platform, some users found that they could no longer search a page quickly for the content they wanted to access. The first step we took is to allow for page sizes of 250 and 1000, which can then be searched. The second step we took was to allow sorting on any column in ascending or descending order. The third step will be adding the ability to search your Content, which you will see in a future release.

Some of your customers may reply to your emails or SMS. As this could include insightful information when engaging with them, we have now included SMS and email replies as Events, which you can utilize when configuring an Export. However, in the case of Replied to Email, although you will see it in the event sources, is currently nonfunctional until the next release.

Description

Dashboard

  • Under the Imports tab, selecting a time range and viewing the "Records updating existing customers" metric would previously also show the updates as a result of your Playbooks or Content. Now this will only display updates that have occurred as a result of imported data

  • Additionally, if an import makes multiple changes to a customer account, this will only be treated as one update. Previously, multiple changes to an account would be counted as separate updates

Playbooks

  • Some lines would not be rendered between the different controls in a Playbook

Content

  • Content Viewers were able to see a button for duplicating content when they should not have been able to

Customer Trail

  • Unpublished Playbooks no longer appear as a possible filter when viewing an individual's Customer Trail

Data Automation

  • Creating a data source, assigning it to an account key and customer attribute, then attempting to delete it, would produce the error message "This file has mappings assigned to it and cannot be deleted" twice, for both the account key and customer attribute. Now there is a respective error message for account keys and customer attribute mappings Creating an Export that was scheduled for once a month, on any day except the last day of the month, would result in an error, which no longer occurs
