Ability to edit an Attributes Name
In our latest update, we've introduced a significant enhancement for Data Designers: the ability to edit custom attributes post-creation. This feature is designed to offer greater flexibility and control over the attribute model, allowing Data Designers to adapt to evolving needs and correct any mistakes made during the initial configuration.
This enhancement addresses a significant pain point: the rigidity of attribute management. Previously, users had to either live with initial mistakes or create new attributes, leading to potential configuration errors. With this update, Data Designers gain the agility to modify their data models over time, aligning with changing requirements and reducing friction in the long-term operation of the Symend application. This feature not only improves the user experience for Data Designers but also contributes to a more efficient and error-resilient environment.
Key Enhancements
Edit Capability: Data Designers can now edit certain properties of existing custom attributes within the Data Mapper interface. This is a major shift from the previous limitation of having attributes fixed upon saving.
Visibility and Access: In the edit view of a Data Mapping, clicking on an attribute reveals its properties, including fields that are editable.
Clarity on Editable Properties: The interface clearly distinguishes between properties that can only be set upon creation and those that can be edited later.
Application-wide Reflection: Changes made to attribute properties are consistently reflected across the application where these attributes are presented.
Ability to Clone a Playbook’s Control Configuration
In our ongoing commitment to enhance user experience and operational efficiency, we are excited to announce a significant enhancement to the Symend Platform which is the capability to clone a Playbook through exporting and importing it’s configuration. Developed with playbook designers in mind, this feature is tailored to those who regularly manage and replicate complex playbooks across different organizational environments.
The initial release of this feature focuses on the foundational aspect of importing and exporting a playbook in its entirety, emphasizing the ease of transferring the playbook control configuration and attributes of a playbook while ensuring compatibility and adaptability across organizational settings. Future increments will expand this functionality, including more complex aspects like segment and content mapping and creation.
This feature represents a significant stride in our platform's functionality, streamlining the playbook management process and opening new avenues for efficient and error-free playbook replication.
Key Enhancements
Playbook Transfer Across Organizations: Allows playbook designers to effortlessly export and import playbooks, ensuring a seamless transfer of control and underlying attributes.
Attribute Mapping: Provides the flexibility to map and replace data attributes from the source organization to the destination organization, accommodating differences in data structure and ensuring integrity.
User-Centric Design: Designed with playbook designers in mind, the feature allows the choice of exporting either draft or published versions of a playbook, catering to different stages of playbook development.
Comprehensive Playbook Information: The exported file includes essential details like playbook settings, campaign nodes, control nodes, schedule details, and customer attributes, facilitating a complete transfer of information.
Flexible Creation Options: Playbook designers can now start a playbook from scratch or initiate it from an imported file, offering greater flexibility and efficiency in playbook creation.
Ability to analyze tactics and tones within content
We are excited to announce our inaugural piece of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) feature to be released into our app, the Content Analyzer. This first increment of the Content Analyzer designed for content designers allows users to run an analysis on any text block across all content channels to identify the main behavioral tactics and tones of voice. These tactics and tones are scored and ranked to help users identify the primary, secondary and tertiary for any given text. This enables users to unlock the ability to identify if their content is using the intended behavioral tactics and for Behavioral Scientists to reduce discrepancies between recorded tactics and final copy tactics.
This feature offers real time in app text analysis for email bodies, email subject lines, text messages and landing pages. This new AI-Powered text analysis feature is set to streamline the content design process, ensuring greater consistency across every piece of content. It's a step forward in empowering our users with cutting-edge tools to enhance their content creation and enable analysis capabilities.
Key Enhancements
Real-Time Text Analysis: Offers immediate analysis of block-level text content within email bodies, email subject lines, text messages, and landing pages to identify the intended behavioral tactics and tones of voice.
Behavioral Tactics and Tone Analysis: Enables the detection and display of up to 3 behavioral tactics and 2 tones with associated ranking and definitions, enhancing the depth of content analysis.
Accessibility and Unlimited Use: Available to both Content Viewer and Content Designer roles, with unlimited analysis capabilities at no extra cost to users.
Language Support: Initially supports analysis of English-language content, catering to a broad user base.
