Export and Import Playbooks

New feature

Now you can move Playbooks – and all their dependencies – between Organizations! When you export a Playbook, a package is downloaded that you can import into another Organization (or the same one) through a guided process. This package contains everything you need to recreate the Playbook: Sending configurations, Campaign configurations, Email content, Text message content, Landing Page content, Themes, Segments, Customer Account Attributes, and more!

Key benefit:

• Playbook templates can be created, saved, and installed with ease.

• Test Playbooks in sandbox Organizations, then transfer them to your production Organization.

• Choose which components to overwrite, map to existing, or create as new when importing.

PS There are still some rough edges that we’ll continue to improve with your feedback!

Create Date (only) Custom Attributes

New feature

Users can now create Custom Attributes with a Date data type, distinct from our existing DateTime attribute. This new feature allows date-only values to be stored without including a timestamp.

Key benefit:

• Enhanced Data Accuracy: Ensures that dates remain unchanged during time-zone conversions
