Identify email, Text Message & Landing page usage locations
We are excited to introduce our latest newest enhancement to the platform: the Email, Text Message & Landing Page Usage Tracker. This latest implementation is designed to empower users with the capability to track the utilization and publication of emails, text messages, and landing pages within the platform. With this enhancement, users gain valuable insights into the placement and usage of these resources across the Symend platform.
Content designers now have the ability to efficiently track the usage of emails, text messages, and landing page through the “In-Use Reference” tab. Designers can access a convent side panel displaying all instances of the usage of these three items throughout the organization. This feature not only provides visibility into where emails, text messages, and landing pages are being utilized but also enables seamless navigation to these resources in a read-only format.
Moreover, generated URLs are included based on resource path to allow users to distinguish between content visible to all customers and content tailored to specific segments. This ensures targeted content optimization and minimizes errors in content strategy implementation.
Key Enhancements:
Visibility into Email, Text Message & Landing Page Usage: Users/Designers can easily see if and where emails, text messages & landing pages are being used within the organization’s configuration.
In-Use Reference Display: View references to the email, text messages & landing page across various resources via a side panel through the In-Use Reference tab.
Read-only Navigation: Seamlessly navigate to referenced resources in a read-only state.
URL generated links: URLs are generated for emails, text messages & landing page based on their location in the main path or split paths, enabling users to differentiate between the items seen by all customers and those seen by specific segments.
