Naming Sections, Forms and Blocks

We are excited to introduce the implementation of a new feature that significantly enhances how we manage content across our platform. This enhancement empowers content designers with the ability to assign descriptive names to sections, forms, and blocks, offering a flexible approach to content organization.

Content designers now have at their disposal the ability to edit block names effortlessly by simply clicking on the pencil icon, implemented across all email, text messages, and landing pages. Additionally, when content item within a block contains a link to the platform landing page, the In-Use dialog for that landing page will display the specific block referenced by that item. Furthermore, the export and import enhancement will also reflect the customized name to ensure consistency across the platform, enhancing the efficiency of our content management process. This feature seamlessly integrates users' given customizable block name into our existing infrastructure, and we are excited about the possibilities it unlocks for our content designers and the improved experience it brings to our users.

Key features:

  • Customizable Naming: Content designers and platform users can now name various elements such as sections, forms, and blocks giving them descriptive name, thanks to a simple click on the pencil icon.

  • Platform-Wide availability: This feature is available across email, text messages and landing pages across the platform.

  • Efficient Identification: Content items become easier to identify, streamlining the content management process.

  • Reflection in Import/Export: Customized block names are reflected in the Import/Export enhancement functionalities, maintaining consistency across the platform.

Observe Data Workspace Import

We are thrilled to introduce a great enhancement to our platform: the ability for users to gain comprehensive insights into their Data Workspace (DWS) imports. As DWS becomes increasingly integral to our day-to-day operations, users now have access to vital details regarding their imports, including status updates, outcomes, and any pertinent issues like failed rows or inserts. This feature bridges a crucial gap enabling users to self-serve and swiftly address potential challenges, thus ensuring smoother operations and mitigating risks of oversight.

With this new feature, users can now navigate to a dedicated “DWS Imports” tab within the platform’s dashboard section, to find a comprehensive overview of their DWS-related import events, neatly organized and easily accessible. Furthermore, the inclusion of a ‘Failure’ aggregate box under the time filter enhances monitoring capabilities, allowing users to quickly identify and address any import issues. This granular level of visibility ensures that any potential challenges are promptly identified and resolved, minimizing the impact on operations and user experiences.

Key Features:

  • Self-Service Insights: Users can access detailed information about their DWS imports through dashboard, empowering them to resolve issues independently.

  • Comprehensive Monitoring: Gain visibility into import status, outcomes, and ay associated issues.

  • Seamless Filtering: Maintain consistent filtering logic across dashboards, facilitating easy navigation and analysis.
