v2025.08 Release Notes – April 22, 2025

Here’s a summary of what we shipped in Release v2025.08 (April 22, 2025):

Approval Documents in App (Beta)

new feature

Playbook Designers can now generate detailed summary documents of their Playbook designs and content directly from the Playbook Designer. These documents can be downloaded as PDF or HTML files, making sharing with stakeholders outside of the Symend Platform easy. This helps streamline reviews and approvals, especially for teams collaborating or signing off outside the platform.

Key benefits:

  • Streamlines collaboration: Easily share Playbook designs with cross-functional teams, clients, or leadership for input and alignment—no need for platform access.

  • Speeds up approvals: Provide stakeholders with a clear summary to support faster feedback loops and decision-making.

  • Improves transparency: Offers a complete snapshot of the Playbook design, including strategy, targeting, and outreaches, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Playbook

We’ve made behind-the-scenes improvements to ensure Playbook evaluations can automatically resume if they’re interrupted. This helps prevent delays and keeps things running smoothly without manual intervention.

File Transfer Settings

Corrected the guidance on the Compression Settings screen to clearly explain how to successfully submit files that are both compressed and encrypted.

Content

Added a retry mechanism to the process that analyzes and applies tactic and tone tags during content publishing, improving reliability in case of temporary issues.

Delinquency Archetypes

Resolved an issue where the Baseline Delinquency Archetype process would fail if data was unavailable. The process now proceeds as expected, assigning a value of 0 to accounts lacking sufficient data for inference.
