The Downloads section of your Dashboard is where you will find the downloadable .CSV files that have been requested. The file is prepared, or requested, by clicking the download button on one of your desired metrics present in either Assignments and Sending or Imports.

Motivation
The Dashboard will give you an overview of how your Campaigns, outreaches, and file imports are operating. However, an overview does not always give you the full picture. Therefore, we have added the capability to download the specific information that is feeding into those metrics.
Downloads Screen
Navigating to the Downloads tab in your Dashboard will present you with the following information:
1. Generated file name
2. Date of creation, in your local time zone
3. Time remaining before expiration, see Download Availability for more information
4. The status of your download, see Download Availability for more information
5. The button to download your file as a .CSV
Download Availability
Clicking on a metric to prepare it for download will take time depending on the size of the file that is being prepared. You will receive a notification once the file has been queued.
Once that has been made available, it will be available for 24 hours. You will receive a notification that your file is available, and a link will be provided for convenience.
File size is currently limited to 10,000 records. This is a temporary limitation and will be increased in the future. Downloading larger sets of data should be done by splitting your date range into smaller periods of time.
