The "Engagement Report" feature marks a pivotal improvement in how users can understand and optimize their engagement strategies. It addresses critical feedback and needs by providing detailed analytics on customer engagement directly within the application. This feature is accessible by default to all user organizations, ensuring immediate value to our user base.

Key Enhancements

  • Email Open Rate Visibility: Users can now observe email open rates across playbooks, campaigns, controls, or specific pieces of content, enabling a better understanding of customer engagement.

  • Playbook-specific Insights: Filter reports by playbook to gain insights into specific playbook activities, including open rates, clicks, total sent, and more.

  • Timeframe Filtering: Users have the flexibility to filter reports by pre-set or custom dates, offering insights into engagement over specific timeframes.

  • Granular Data Analysis: The ability to slice and drill down into the data intuitively, providing granular insights such as playbook by playbook email open rates and campaign by campaign email click rates.

Playbooks

  • When a Segment or Content in draft status is deleted, users can now remove the Segment/Content Id from the playbook designer, ensuring that the playbook is no longer linked to that item.

  • Moreover, users faced difficulty selecting a newly created Segment/Content after deleting one. This issue has now been resolved, allowing users to delete Segment/Content and replacing it with a newly created Segment/Content within the playbook designer.
