Our November 22nd 2023 release, v2023.23, introduces:

Downloads

Two improvements have been made to downloading information from your Dashboard. The first is an increase in records that can be downloaded for a single file, this has increased from 10 000 records to 100 000. The workaround for this limitation is to split your information over different ranges of time and download multiple files. This means roughly 10 times fewer file downloads will be required for those with a large quantity of records.

Secondly, for those who were not aware of the record limitation, we have also updated the toast message from a generic error to one that specifies you are over the download limit.

In this particular screenshot, the download limit had yet to be increased from 10 to 100 thousand, but showcases the new toast message:

Landing Pages

Portuguese has now been added to your Landing Page settings. This will change contextual messages that a user may see such as invalid form inputs or the error message displayed if a customer encounters a 404 error.

Language selection is available during creation, or within the settings of your Landing Page, which can be found on the right during editing:

Segments

Prior to this release, the Segment publish date did not surface anywhere in the application. You can now see the publish date in your Segments screen, along with the ability to sort it in ascending or descending order.

Data Automation

Once you have activated a Data Source Mapping or an Export, not all the information that you configured would be visible once you clicked activate, as it was only visible during creation or editing. As a result, both have been reworked to surface the hidden information for activated mappings.

For Data Source Mappings and Exports, file information has been re-categorized. The file information now includes the file format, such as csv or txt. You can also see the content settings for date format, time format, and time zone.

Downloads

  • Dashboard Download maximum size has been increased from 10 000 to 100 000 records

  • An error message will occur for any files equal to or larger than 100 000 records

    • A red toast message will occur at the top of the screen which reads: The download file failed to generate due to the number of events. Please use filtering to reduce the number of events to under 100,000

Playbooks

  • A Fallback Campaign can be visually identified by a flag icon to the right of the Campaign name when viewed in the respective Playbook

Landing Pages

  • Portuguese has been added as a language for Landing Pages and can be found in the settings or during creation

Customer Trail

  • The Form attributes property of a Landing Page Submission Event would previously return the attribute IDs that were modified. This will now return the names of the attributes

Segments

  • The last date of publishing is now viewable for Segements and can be sorted in ascending or descending order

Data Automation

  • The information displayed when creating, editing, or viewing a file in a Data Source Mapping has been updated with the following changes:

    • A new Content Settings section which includes the Date format, Time format, and Time zone

      • The Delimiter and indicator of whether or not column headers are included in the file have been moved to this section

    • The Source File Settings section has been renamed to Name Settings and now includes the File format

  • The information displayed when creating, editing, or viewing a file in an Export has been updated with the following changes:

    • The File Settings section has been renamed to File Name Settings and now includes File format

    • A File Content Section has been added and now includes Date format, Time format, and Time zone

      • The Delimiter and indicator of whether or not column headers are included have been moved to this section

Playbooks

  • Outreaches could be scheduled for exited customers if an internal service failed when attempting to delete the scheduled message, which meant the message could still be sent. This particular case has been resolved

Data Source Mappings

  • Creating a new mapping and importing into Data Workspace would fail because the system was not targeting the schema, which no longer occurs
