How do I search for a particular customer?

Click the drop-down menu in the top-left of the Customer Trail screen:

 

Select your desired search criteria:

 

Enter the information related to your desired search criteria

You must enter at least 3 character to search, and the search must be an exact match.

 

Click Search on the right of the search bar or press Enter on your keyboard:
