For the complete list of changes, please read the Feature Summary, and for bug fixes please read the Bug Fixes section of this article.

Playbooks

Within your Playbooks, it has been commonly necessary to navigate elsewhere in the Platform to view the specifics of the underlying governing Segments. Therefore, we have added several features to make this more convenient.

First, is the inclusion of an expansion button, which will allow you to view a Segment without needing to navigate away from your Playbook. This button will be included in the following areas:

  • Entry and exit conditions for Playbooks

  • Entry conditions for Segments

  • Split Control conditions

This image shows an example of the resulting window and expansion button for a Campaign entry condition:

Second, we have surfaced the Playbook Exit and Campaign Entry conditions directly visible from your Playbook overview.

You can see both in this screenshot:

Segments

Previously Segments did not display the difference between the draft and published versions. With this release, you can view both.

The ability to switch between the two is shown below:

  • In some instances regarding file names, the Imports or Exports tabs would fail to load, which now will load properly under these conditions

Content

  • A small quantity of email and SMS were sent to Customers with invalid Landing Page links related to the short-code in the URL, which has been corrected

Imports

  • When including duplicate Customer Accounts in an Import or in close proximity (milliseconds apart), our system would assume that no more updates to the account were required. As a result, some accounts were not being updated as expected but has now been resolved
