Dashboard

  • Imports going into Data Workspace would be reported as In Progress even after completion, which now displays Completed when finished importing

  • In some instances regarding file namesDue to abnormal duplication of data, the Imports or Exports tabs would could fail to load, which now will load properly under these conditions. The third party services of which this relied are being investigated, and we now prevent this from occurring

  • A small quantity of email emails and SMS were sent to Customers with invalid Landing Page links related to the short-code shortcode in the URL, which has been corrected

  • When including duplicate Customer Accounts in an Import or in close proximity (milliseconds apart), our system would assume that no more updates to the account were required. As a result, some accounts were not being updated as expected but has now been resolved
