The sampling method for Customer Evaluations now includes accounts across a broader range of time in the Playbook and excludes those with no engagement opportunity. This results in more balanced and reliable evaluation comparisons.

Playbook Import – Extensible Channels

Fixed an issue where Extensible Channels created or mapped during import were not applied to their controls. Playbooks now import with the correct channel assignments.
