Content Tagging - Limited Beta
Content Designers can now tag Email and SMS content with the SYMEND_PREVENT label. This tagging capability allows Prevent-related messages to be identified, filtered, and passed through to the reporting layer, ensuring accurate KPI calculations and improved visibility into Prevent engagement performance.

The Limited Beta focuses on Organizations with SymendPrevent enabled, and will be released more broadly.
Prevent – New Exportable Events
Two new events — Insurance Referral Created and Insurance Updated — are now available for export for clients with Symend Prevent. Platform users can configure these exports to send event data to their business systems, enabling improved traceability and reporting.

Fixed an issue where content updates with invalid tag IDs were incorrectly accepted. The system now validates tag IDs and returns an appropriate error when an invalid ID is provided. | |
Fixed an issue where importing individual content files failed with a server error due to incorrect duplicate name validation. The system now properly checks for duplicate content names and displays a validation error when one exists, ensuring successful imports when names are unique. | |
Data Workspace | Fixed an issue where Data Workspace imports with no errors were incorrectly marked as failed on the dashboard. The dashboard now accurately reflects successful imports when all records are ingested without issues. |
