Here’s a summary of what we shipped in Release v2025.05 (March 11, 2025):

(blue star) Playbook Execution Dashboard

PlaybookExecutionDashboard.gif

The Playbook Execution Dashboard provides users with a clear view of key performance metrics related to their Playbooks. It offers insights into Playbook Entries and Exits, Outreach volumes, and Customer entries and re-entries, helping users assess engagement effectiveness.

By default, the dashboard presents an aggregate view of all Playbook execution activities within the selected time period. Users can refine their analysis by applying filters to focus on specific Playbooks or limit results to Active Playbook executions only, ensuring they can quickly access the most relevant data.

Attributes

Fixed a small issue where buttons were available in the UI on the Attributes page for actions a user didn’t have permission to use. (Without permissions, nothing happened if the user clicked these actions.)

Content

Fixed a confusing label on Images properties where “Max width” and “Max height” have been renamed “Width” and “Height” to reflect their behaviour.

Readability scores

Fixed an issue where Readability scores weren’t being calculated and presented. They’re back now.
